Leading systems integrator enters cloud services marketplace

Key Information Systems, Inc. a leading IT systems integrator and Premier IBM Business Partner has acquired the assets of ISWest, a data center company based in Southern California offering colocation, connectivity and cloud services to the IT industry.

KeyInfo provides integrated technology solutions including business continuity, virtualization, security and storage solutions from world class manufacturers to enterprise clients throughout the United States.

ISWest is a full service, business to business, Internet Service Provider, with premiere offerings that include internet connectivity, server collocation, fully managed cloud services and the highest levels of customer support.

Lief Morin, president at Key Info, said: “We intend to build on the strengths of both organizations to provide an expanded range of capabilities to our mutual clients. Our commitment to excellent client service will be stronger than ever as we work to create new offerings for the marketplace.”

KeyInfo also announced its intention to relocate its corporate headquarters from Woodland Hills, CA to the nearby ISWest corporate and data center facility in Agoura Hills.

Regarding transition plans, Morin stated, “Over the coming weeks we will be working hard to make the transition as seamless as possible.
